I have an academic background in Spanish but have not used very much, so Unit 1 was a little too basic, but the progression has been quick so far, and in a edition to be a good review of basic conversation, I am learning new and useful terms, especially the slang/alert words.

I would rank your course as an easy 9 or 10. It was excellent, and it has (and will continue to) improve my command of the Spanish language. I may have mentioned earlier that I put all of the vocabulary and phrases from the course on flashcards. I am 100% committed to developing fluency in Spanish, and I will keep chipping away at it. I am pleased to say that my agency is taking some positive steps to encourage developing Spanish language skills for our employees, and I have referred your course to our State Parks Division Training Officer. I think that the Spanish for Park Rangers course would be a good development tool for all of our state park police officers, and I have encouraged my Park Headquarters employees to take your Spanish for Customer Service course. Everyone police should take this Spanish training. I have taken several TCLEOSE Spanish courses during my time, but this one got the message of what we need on the street. Wow I never realized what a waste of money the others one were till I took this one. This training has prepared me for my job, also prepared me to maintain my safety. It even gives vocabulary to build strong relations with the Spanish people. After the training is over they even send you a word of the day to keep you engaged in Spanish. I really liked it. I recommend this training.
