I am retaining a lot of the words, and it will only get better with continuing the course, as well as practice. So far, the words and phrases are many that would be used by me as a 9-1-1 operator. As far as the course going too fast or too slow, since I am able to take the course at my own speed, it works for me. Thank you.

I really like that my academy offers this class online. I was worried about learning Spanish and this program makes it easy. I like the way the lessons are divided and all the games that are associated to the lessons. I would recommend this to all cadets going into law enforcement.
