I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how very much I look forward to my Spanish On Patrol lessons every day. I am learning a great deal and look forward to communicating with others in Spanish every chance I get. The courses are well structured as well as easy to understand and operate. And, I really appreciate this course of study being made available to me.

I really enjoyed taking this course. I was surprised at how much I actually remember. I wish I could've scored higher on the final test but I think a 95% is pretty good.I will absolutely tell other dispatch centers about your course. Have a wonderful day!!

I have to start by saying THANK YOU. This program is exactly what my staff and I were looking for. The vocabulary is diluted to the words we use daily. I really like that We have reduced our calls to the language line which has been a great relief from our budget.

Bottom Line: WHEN the crisis hits, who do YOU want on the scene or answering the call? Someone who can actually SPEAK Spanish? Or someone who can PULL A CERTIFICATE for a 3 day class out of their pocket?? I believe Spanish on Patrol is the best way for any Officer or Dispatcher to actually LEARN Spanish. When the crisis comes, they will be READY…with more than a certificate in their pocket.
