My name is Daniel. I wanted to let you know this was one of the most informative an useful courses I have taken in a while. Thank You! I also have a couple of questions. I just took he final and received a 95%. I wanted to make sure that there was not anything else i was needing to do in regards to the completing the course and also wondering how long it takes for Bannon and Associates to report the completion of the class to Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education(TCLEOSE)? Once again thank you for your time and the great course yall offer.

I enjoyed it, I actually paid the extra 45 bucks to continue it for 6 more months to continue utilizing it. I have recommended it to others in my agency.

I thought the class was very well organized. The material was presented in a clear format. The subjects covered were all relevant to our job and some of the lessons plans went beyond the 'basic' level of necessity. This is the first online course I have ever taken so I don’t have a plumb line to go from, but I found the 'computer' aspect user friendly and easy to understand.

I benefited from the Spanish training tremendously. I'm already fluent in Spanish, read write and speak. I was learning different words that are used in different dialects of Spanish. For example words that have one meaning to say a Salvadoran inmate may mean something different to someone like myself that was taught in a Puerto Rican school. This training was outstanding all officers in the United States should take it, Thank you.

I took this class through my Police Academy. I really did not want to learn Spanish but they strongly suggested we take it and I have to tell you I am glad they did. The way this course is set up is fantastic. The cuss words help me know when someone is being inappropriate. Every academy should offer this course.
